Based in our French location this role would suit an industry professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing with clients in the provision of POP/PLV materials. Due to the nature of our key clients it is also imperative that you have a working knowledge of manufacturing techniques. The role is varied and often very fast paced, you would be part of a small multi-disciplined team delivering projects to the client.

Role specifics and responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic direction to permanent POP projects;
  • Liaison with colleagues from other Alrec group companies;
  • Reporting / forecasting / supporting the Group Client Service Director in quarterly management information;
  • Delivering key project pitches;
  • Liaison with the design and technical development depts within Alrec;
  • Understanding client requirements in terms of design and project delivery objectives;
  • Good commercial awareness and management;
  • Commercial negotiation with client to drive sales whilst maintaining margins;
  • Internal briefing documents including but not exclusively design briefs / production briefs / client contact reports / PO trackers etc.;
  • Work within Alrec processes and within the strong ethos of team working;
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure account retention;
  • Be responsible for ensuring commercial delivery.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of proactive B2B account management experience;
  • Solid POP/PLV knowledge;
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written;
  • You are familiar with an international top-level brand environment;
  • Enthusiasm for and/or experience in Consumer Electronics/IoT sector would be a plus.
